After Diamond Platnumz's winning best male artist in east Africa at AFRIMMA awards held in the U.S.A over the weekend his girlfriend Wema Sepetu who is also a popular actress in Tanzania took to Instagram and wrote................

Words can't even express how happy I am right now... to me you are always a Winner with or without the award... but since you got it, it makes me even happier... you did Tanzania justice by bringing the award home and all I wanna say is keep aiming higher because YOU are what defines a hard worker... Mwaka huu tayari umeweka mziki wa Bongo flava kwenye ramani... wenyewe wanasema mwanzo mgumu, na kwa upeo wangu mdogo tu nadhani umefaulu tena umefaulu with flying colours... I will always stand by you and make sure you get to where you want to get... Like I always say Iam very proud of you Chibu wangu... Mungu azidi kukubariki baba angu...😍😍😍 Nakupenda sana...."
